- The guaranteed reservations that generate No Shows and are not cancelled by writing at least 48 hours before the arrival during low season and 15 days during high season will be charged with the value of the of the first night.
- The number of persons allowed per room are maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, the third adult will always generate and additional charge.
- Children 12 years and older are charged as an additional person.
- Children under 12 years old are free in lodging sharing room with parents and cancelling their consumption.
